The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus Foundation is committed to supporting, funding, and promoting initiatives that benefit Black and Brown communities throughout the Commonwealth. As the charitable arm of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus (PLBC), our Foundation serves as a bridge between policy and real-world progress. Every day, we are transforming legislative advocacy into tangible impact through education, outreach, and community investment.
Founded on the belief that all Pennsylvanians deserve a fair shot at success, we work to reduce disparities in education, economic opportunity, health, housing, and representation.
We fund scholarships for students of color, support grassroots organizations working in underrepresented communities, and create opportunities for Black and Brown voices to be heard, elevated, and empowered.
