Grounded in Purpose
The PLBC Foundation exists to be the fiscal and community engagement partner of the Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus. We fund advocacy-driven programs, educational initiatives, and strategic partnerships that address the root causes of inequality while strengthening Black and Brown communities across Pennsylvania.

We envision a Pennsylvania where every resident — regardless of race, background, or zip code — has equal access to any opportunity. Through the PLBCF, we strive to remove barriers, build stronger communities, and empower future generations through education, investment, and inclusive advocacy.

We are a group of dedicated leaders, professionals, and changemakers who believe in equity, representation, and action. With deep ties to the communities we serve, we operate with transparency, compassion, and a commitment to fiscal responsibility.
Our Foundation works alongside legislators, nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and individuals to ensure that the voices of historically marginalized communities are heard and respected.
